Welcome to Tempo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tempo mobile application ("App") and related services. By creating an account or using Tempo, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Tempo.
  • By using Tempo, you represent that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

  • To use Tempo, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and password.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

  • Tempo allows you to share and discover music with other users.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You agree not to:
    • Post content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any law.
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.
    • Reverse engineer or exploit the App in unauthorized ways.

4. Content

  • You are responsible for the content you share on Tempo.
  • By posting content, you grant Tempo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the App.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at team@queueme.me.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Tempo is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We make no warranties that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueMe LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of Tempo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
